Welcome... We are a family established breeder that have been raising Yorkies since 2006. You can rest assured your puppy comes from the best care as does the parents that produced them. All of our breeding adults have been health tested with Embark for genetics.
Health, Personality & Quality are my top priority! My little ones are raised in our home, under our feet and part of our family. All of our adults have pedigrees that have been researched and we know there bloodlines. We plan all of our breeding's carefully.

All of our fur babies are kept indoors and also have access to play outside. They are well socialized and love people. They will be pre-spoiled & pampered with lots of love. You will get LIFE LONG SUPPORT from us with your new puppy to answer questions you may have. We cherish each & every one of our fur babies & grand babies. My husband and I work from home so we are always with our babies throughout the
"YES" our boys and girls produce some very small puppies, But most importantly we breed for health, high intelligence and for loving companionship. Our fur kids are well socialized with people & other pets & have excellent temperaments & dispositions. Some of our past pups are now therapy & service dogs, have appeared in Dogster, The Real Housewives of Atlanta & Caesar's Way Magazine♥♥

We try to match the perfect puppy with the right home/family. Some of our tiny puppies are not a good fit for homes with small children due to there tiny size. My goal is to select the best suitable homes for my babies to assure that both the family and the pup will have a happy life together. My pups come with a puppy pack, 1 month FREE health insurance from Trupanion, vet checked, sample of Nuvet vitamins, sample of food, blanket that smells like mom and their litter-mates to reduce stress and to make the transition as easy as possible.
It's important even for us that we know each person who adopts our puppies and to know if their ready to make a life long commitment to a puppy. Most of our puppies already have families waiting on them after they are born. As we usually have a waiting list started for upcoming litters. This ensures that the little angel will have a wonderful family waiting for him/her when time comes for it to go to new forever home. We also stay in touch with families that adopt our babies and like to stay updated with pictures and emails.

Biewer & Yorkie Pup Deposit for local pickup *Deposit $800.00 *
Prices can change unless you have a deposit placed on pup as sometimes it's hard to see what they are charting be so young. Final payment is due in cash at pickup no other payment accepted at pickup from our home.
Final payment if having a puppy shipped is due with ZELLE. Payment must be received and have time to clear by 8 weeks of age so we can book flight with nanny.
Shipping is a EXTRA and added to purchase price. We have a nanny that flies in the plane with the puppy and delivers pup to you at the airport. ( If you require a nanny to fly with pup price is additional ) If I am just meeting a nanny at the airport there is a fee of $60 as its nearly 2 and half hour round trip or more depending on traffic to go there and back and I usually have a courier drive pup to meet nanny.
If having your puppy shipped with nanny. Payment in FULL must be paid by or before the pup turns 8 weeks old so we can book flight with nanny. The nanny usually gets booked up pretty quick. You will be responsible for paying the nanny fee which includes shipping to the nanny that meets you at the airport. We have our own pre-approved trusted flight nannies.
Weight predictions are just that, Predictions. Color Coats Can Change Over Time
we cannot guarantee any pup will reach a specific weight for certain, but we usually have a pretty good idea of how big or small they will be. Things change, puppies can "Stop growing" or hit a growth spurt and become bigger than we imagined. Pups can be born heavy and grow fast and come to a "complete Stop at 3 months. We will be honest with you about how big we "THINK" your puppy will be. colors of pups can change over time.

Some pups will not be available to go to a home with small children due to there size and being more fragile.
I do not sell my pups to kennels! In home small hobby breeders will have to be approved with a vet reference before I will consider.

HEALTH GUARANTEE: To Validate Guarantee

~~Health Guarantee is VOID if you fail to get the puppy checked out within the first 48 hours of receiving puppy so please make sure you have a licensed vet appointment upon picking the puppy up.~~

* Purchaser must have the puppy examined by a Veterinarian within 48 hr from sale. This a must and no exceptions!!!!!!!
* I MUST receive a copy of the vet report for my records confirming the puppy has been seen by vet within 48 hours of adopting or it VOIDS my health guarantee...
* Should your Veterinarian find a serious defect. I must be notified the same day, then presented with a written statement from the examining Vet. The puppy will be exchanged for a comparable puppy when one is available.
* I reserve the right to have the puppy re-examined by my Vet. Any puppy ethnicity with out notification and approval of seller will Void health guarantee.
* Serious incurable defects that will cause premature death only will constitute in the exchange of a puppy.
* I have no guarantee on size, color, or breeding capability, bite, or conditions brought on by stress or environmental changes that we can not control once the puppy leaves our care. Therefore we do not guarantee against (Hypoglycemia, Coccidiosis, Parasites, including demodex parasite mange, Viral or Bacterial infections.) All puppies are sold as pets only unless purchased and approved for breeding/show rights. We do not guarantee any genetic illness, that our parents have not been diagnosed with.
* All Vet bills are the responsibility of the buyer.
* Shipped puppies have an option of refund or replacement puppy, at purchaser's cost of returning the puppy, and the cost to receive the replacement puppy if shipped if puppy is found to have a genetic defect.

Your pup will come with 1 month free health insurance from Trupanion.. I highly recommend to have health insurance on your pets. That is why we are giving you 1 free month with Trupanion. As you never know when accidents may happen.
PLEASE DO NOT LET YOUR NEW PUPPY GO ONTO GRASS, ON THE FLOOR WHERE OTHER DOGS HAVE BEEN ESPECIALLY IN THE VETS OFFICE UNTIL IT HAS HAD ALL OF ITS PUPPY SHOTS. WHICH SHOULD BE A SERIES OF at least 4 PUPPY SHOTS PLUS RABIES. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT SO THE PUPPY WILL NOT CATCH ANY DISEASES.
If a time comes when you can no longer keep your puppy, even after it is grown - I will be happy to take it in until a loving adoptive home can be found. Respectfully I can not refund any money, only the assurance your treasured pet will not find it's way to a pound, or shelter.

HYPOGLYCEMIA IN SMALL PUPPIES & HOW TO PREVENT IT
​
Hypoglycemia in small dogs is one of the most dangerous & deadly conditions in a toy breed dog/puppy can encounter. Hypoglycemia can occur in adult dogs and puppies if you are not careful..
​
FIRST Hypoglycemia is basically a term to describe a condition in a dog where the concentration of glucose (sugar) suddenly drops. Glucose is used as a primary source of energy in all dogs. Small breed dogs, especially puppies, are EXTREMELY prone to this condition. Small breed dogs have smaller muscle mass and it's harder for them to retain higher glucose levels if they aren't eating and drinking.
As long as your puppy is eating on a regular basis and you are monitoring there food to ensure they are eating throughout the day. However if your puppy even misses a meal, they could fall victims to hypoglycemia. The following could speed up the onset of hypoglycemia even further.
1. Poor Nutrition
2. Stress
3. Change in diet
4. Infections
5. Low body temperature

The signs to lookout for if you suspect your pup is becoming hypoglycemic are laziness, lethargic, shivering, non-responsive, stumbling, and worst of all comatose. Checking your dogs gums is also a excellent method in determining hypoglycemia. A health pup should have warm and pink gums. If your pups gums are cold and white, they are most likely in hypoglycemic shock. If you notice your pup experiences any of these symptoms. IMMEDIATELY feed them a couple of pea size doses of glucose. Products like, Nutri-Cal, Dyne, Nutri-Stat. Karo Syrup and honey can also be used. Place on your finger and rub on gums. Repeat several times and rush your pup to the vet.

KEEP A CLOSE EYE ON YOUR PUPPY WHEN YOU BRING IT HOME ESPCIALLY TO MAKE SURE IT IS EATING ON A REGULAR BASIS. THIS IS YOUR RESPONSIBLE TO MAKE SURE IT IS GETTING ENOUGH NUTRIANTS. PUPPIES SHOULD GET A PROPER AMOUNT OF REST AND SHOULD NOT BE PLAYING ALL THE TIME. LIMIT PLAYTIMES ESPCIALLY IF THEY ARE TINY. ALSO KEEP A JAR OF GERBER BABY FOOD ON HAND CHICKEN AND GRAVEY.

We do not cover Hypoglycemia as this can be easily prevention if proper steps are taken to watching and taking care of your new puppy.

Adult dogs and retired dogs over 1 year of age will not come with a health guarantee as they are past the one year of age which our guarantee only covers pups up to 1 year of age.
